Please note that our studio assistants work part-time across our 3 studios, so there may not always be someone at the studio to answer the phone. If you would like to contact SkandiHus, please fill in the form below or email our office manager. Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. These differ from our collection hours, which can be found below.

At SkandiHus we do our best to protect the well-being of our team. As part of this, we encourage staff to log off at the end of the working day. Therefore, emails received outside of our working hours will be responded to on our next working day. Thank you for helping us create a healthier workplace and work/life balance for everyone.

PICKING UP WORK & ACCESSORIES

If you were on one of our courses, please wait four weeks after your final class before coming to collect your fired pieces.

If you attended one of our Taster Classes, please wait up to eight weeks for our pot collection email before coming to the studio (remember to check your spam folder).

You can collect your finished pottery or pre-ordered SkandiHus tote bags, tool kits, clay kits or aprons at the following times (there is no need to book)
